An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can get an update of your order by logging into our website, or directly contacting us. Once a cancellation request is raised, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

All the payments made using Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets are refunded to the source account in 10-15 business days from the date of order cancellation request. If payment was made using DCT CLOTHING STORE credits, the refund will reflect into your credits account within 3-4 days of raising a cancellation request.
