We accept returns in case of damaged products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and with the price tag. You will also need to share the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com along with a call to +91 85476 52318. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the items are received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the same and issue a coupon worth the product price which can be redeemed immediately on the next purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with the product, the same can be exchanged with another product of same or higher value within 15 days of purchase and in brand new condition with tags intact. You can contact the above number itself and coupon code for the exchange purchase will be issued.
CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE ONCE ORDER IS PLACED (EXCHANGE ONLY)

We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third party shipping services to ship the items across India and overseas.
We process and ship every order within 3-4 working days. Your order will get delivered within 10 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility. For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 15 Business Days depending on the country of residence.
